Provided "as is"

Harmonkit offers free, browser-based audio tools. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Analysis results such as tempo, key or frequency are estimates and may not always be correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any loss of data. You use the tools at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, disrupt or abuse the service. You are responsible for holding the rights to any audio you process and for complying with applicable copyright law.

Intellectual property

The Harmonkit name, design and software belong to their respective owners. Audio you process remains yours — we claim no rights to it.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised Terms.
